The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, ERP knowledge—preferably Epicor—and strong skills in metal fabrication processes. The role includes leading teams, ensuring data accuracy, and refining manufacturing methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a custom or build-to-order environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineers, drafters, or programmers.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, including welding and forming.

Responsibilities

• Own all production engineering data within Epicor.
• Define weld assumptions and material utilization logic.
• Manage outsourced engineering relationships and ensure standards are met.
