Job summary

Spang Engineered Solutions, a division of Spang & Company, is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations in McKinney, TX. The role drives safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost goals while coordinating with Engineering on technical issues and improvements.

The successful candidate will oversee the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Technician, plan staffing, schedule shifts, and ensure accurate ERP data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; strong manufacturing background.
• Three+ years in a supervisory/management role within ERP-driven production.
• Experience with safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost goals.
• Manage Production Supervisor and Maintenance Technician; coordinate shop orders and staffing.
• Improve workflow, control, and document processes; support new equipment and training.
