Our client, a global leader in high-technology engineering and precision manufacturing, is investing in the depth of its US manufacturing leadership.
About the Role
This newly created Manufacturing Manager role is a deliberate addition to the leadership team at a large, 24/7 Indianapolis operation, designed to strengthen bench strength and build a lasting pipeline of senior operations talent. The site performs some of the most technically demanding work in the company’s global network and is industrializing new advanced-materials processes. The Manufacturing Manager will own a defined area of the plant, lead a team of production leaders and cross-functional partners, and play a central role in developing the next generation of manufacturing leaders. Candidates from adjacent advanced manufacturing sectors are encouraged to apply. Strong operational leadership, operational excellence discipline and the ability to run a standard production cadence matter most; deep product expertise is supported by an experienced manufacturing engineering team.
