Job summary

Analogic is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing team in Salem, NH. You will shape and optimize a complex production environment, delivering operational excellence across people, processes and technology.

The role emphasizes cost, throughput, quality improvements, and end-to-end NPI and product industrialization, with cross‑functional leadership and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years in manufacturing engineering with 3+ years leading teams.
  • Strong experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to improve process capability and operational KPIs.
  • Experience supporting NPI and product industrialization.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like FactoryLogix, SolidWorks, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team.
  • Drive improvements in yield, throughput, cycle time, and cost.
  • Lead continuous improvement and root cause initiatives.
