Qualifications

• 7+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership/supervisory experience.
• Aerospace/defense, CNC machining, GD&T, and build-to-print experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
• Support CNC machining, tooling, fixturing, and assembly processes.
• Lead NPI, production launches, and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive Lean, process improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Partner with Operations and Quality to resolve production issues.
