Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

*This is a fully onsite role with relocation assistance provided for those outside of the immediate area*

Must Haves:

• Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering Degree
• 2+ years holding a Manufacturing Engineering Management role
• Aerospace background preferred but not a must have
• Candidates from a second tier aerospace provider would be considered
• Composite experience, specifically carbon fiber
• Process improvement experience

Day to Day:

• Manage a team of Manufacturing Engineers of 13+ people
• Holding team accountable on a day to day basis
• High level of execution
• Develop processes around manufacturing readiness reviews and engineering change orders
