Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• IE or MFGE certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in consumer goods manufacturing.
• Experience with continuous improvement processes and CapEx.
• Familiarity with CAD.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, lead, manage, and mentor various teams within the organization.
• Drive idea creation for process improvement for production and for the facility.
• Identify root causes of issues negatively impacting production objectives.
• Lead and coordinate a variety of identified and approved initiatives and projects designed to improve processes and performance.
• Act as the Subject-Matter Expert (SME) to leadership for issues with facility, machines, and systems.
• Create timelines and priority structure for in-progress projects that improve the facility and the production processes.
• Oversee and lead factory-wide projects.
• Collaborate with product development to manage additional engineering and production work.
• Collaborate with the Controller to create and manage the capex.
• Ensure establishment and discipline of effective manufacturing standard work is carried out.

• Industrial Engineering (IE) or Certified Manufacturing Engineer (MFGE) certification, a plus
• 8+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5 years’ experience in a Leadership role, preferably in a consumer goods manufacturing environment
• Experience with continuous improvement processes and CapEx
• Familiarity with CAD
