Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
• Establish a structured process for identifying, prioritizing, and justifying equipment and process improvement opportunities.
• Manage capital projects from concept through startup.
• Partner with Operations to align improvements with production goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
