Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technical Leader to drive the evolution of our production processes, equipment, and standards. You will oversee projects from concept through production, focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Qualifications

Experience leading manufacturing engineering from concept to production.
Ability to develop, standardize, and optimize processes and equipment.
Proven track record in validation and cross-functional troubleshooting.

Strong engineering leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
