Connect Search LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for a reputable manufacturing company in Butler, WI. This full-time role offers a salary of $125,000–$135,000 with comprehensive benefits and 1st shift, Monday–Friday, onsite.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive Lean manufacturing, mentor staff, and implement Value Stream improvements. Proficiency with CAD and ERP, along with strong communication, are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Engineering.
• Experience with plastics, silicone, rubber molding; medical devices preferred.
• Mentorship and people development experience.
• Leading cross-functional teams and technical resources.
• Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Experience with equipment, automation, tooling, and process development.
• Data-driven problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.
• CAD, ERP, and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités
