The role emphasizes Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and collaboration across departments. Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proven experience in project management and product development.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Excellent leadership and team management.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of new manufacturing processes and systems.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of project management from conception to completion.
• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Utilize Mechanical Engineering design to improve manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
• Design and optimize systems using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with other departments to align processes with company objectives and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to engineering team members.
