Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Precisionstamping or molding experience preferred.
• Strong communication and Lean Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages, motivates, and leads team of Engineers ensuring appropriate direction, training, and evaluation.
• Builds and manages Engineering budget and ensures it is met.
• Manages cost and manpower on projects.
• Responsible for new product launches.
• Develops and maintains process standards for parts manufacturing.
• Develops and improves Engineering processes, structure, and performance.
• Defines and manages project management.
• Explores new materials and processes to achieve best quality and reliability.
• Maintains project documentation with timely updates.
• Leads the engineering team in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve customer outcomes.
• Ensures engineering requirements are followed on development programs.
