Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as an engineer in manufacturing.
• 5 years in supervisor/manager role preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of IATF and ISO quality standards.
• Four-year technical college degree or equivalent experience; engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical professionals to implement cost reduction projects and launch new products.
• Provide management tools, guidance, mentoring, and hands-on participation with the technical team.
• Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing integration of technical activities.
• Plan and direct installation, testing, and operation of equipment.
• Recruit employees; assign, direct and evaluate their work; oversee staff competence development.
