Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an experienced manufacturing engineering professional to define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment, to validate designs and shop-floor applications. The role leads a team and influences strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and program-management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional results in manufacturing or engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to analyze, resolve problems and lead programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
• Lead a small to medium team of senior professionals and influence strategy.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products.
• Apply high judgment to complex tasks in operations, manufacturing or engineering.
• Guide projects with minimal resources and communicate complex concepts.
