Qualifications

• Requires a BS in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Materials/Manufacturing Engineering or Physics.
• 5+ years in an engineering role (material, process, manufacturing).
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong problem solving, math, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute major capital and non-capital project initiatives for the factory.
• Develop tooling/process improvements and support new product introductions.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and drive process efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Development and other teams; perform engineering change orders.
