Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, product, or project engineering experience.
• Structured problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and failure investigations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams through complex challenges.
• Experience with project management, technical writing, and cost estimating.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers with coaching and guidance.
• Own the technical performance of assigned product lines throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with Production and cross-functional teams to prioritize engineering support.
• Drive structured problem solving, RCA, FMEA, corrective actions, and risk mitigation.
• Champion Design for Manufacturability (DFM) in new product development.
• Support risk assessments, TDP reviews, design reviews, bids and proposals.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean, SPC, SMED, cell design, and related methods.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, manufacturability, cost, and delivery.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
• Build technical depth of Product Engineering to support growth.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and improvement-focused team environment.
