Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS in engineering required; mechanical/industrial/manufacturing preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on manufacturing experience and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, routings, process specs, and tooling.
• Lead process improvements and corrective actions for production.
• Serve as liaison between customer and EBAD throughout transitions to production.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure production viability of new designs.
• Lead Kaizen activities and develop manufacturing cell layouts.
• Provide daily floor support and investigate process failures.
