RTX is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineering Intern to support production teams, assist with troubleshooting, and help implement process improvements in an aerospace and defense setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and production teams to boost product quality and productivity.

Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering (or related STEM) and remain enrolled through the internship period.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related STEM and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Experience using CAD software (CREO preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Support production teams by assisting with technical troubleshooting, process improvement, and documentation updates.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address manufacturing challenges and enhance product quality.
  • Gain hands-on experience with operational tools and software commonly used in manufacturing processes.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
