Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills; able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Engineering on tooling and build-plan methodology; analyzes manufacturability of components and assemblies.
• Develops process plans and MBOM creation for shop floor execution and MRP support.
• Estimates learning curve and actual hours for new program production; suggests improvements.
• Creates MBOM and sequence for manufacturing processes; supports order release.
• Provides RCCA guidance on production issues related to design, material, tooling, specs and processes.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and quality standards; performs additional duties as assigned.
