CRH's Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Manufacturing Intern in Napoleon, OH. The internship provides hands-on experience applying classroom skills to track data, analyze processes, and recommend improvements based on facility data.

The role runs in-person starting January 2027 for at least 10 weeks, full-time, on-site. You'll work with Operations, Product and Technology teams to address process-related activities and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to write reports and analyze raw data.

Job Summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for a Manufacturing Intern. Interns will have the opportunity to apply your classroom-learned skills to track data, analyze processes, and recommend solutions for improvement based on the gathered data from our facilities.

This position is expected to start in-person January 2027 and continue through the entire spring term. We ask for a minimum of 10 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.

Job Requirements

• Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing or other related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast paced high stress environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and exemplary oral/written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Ability to write reports and analyze raw data

Compensation

• The hourly pay rate is $25/hr
