Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern for an onsite role in Napoleon, OH. The internship starts January 2027 and runs through spring with a minimum of 10 weeks, full-time.

Responsibilities include data collection, process analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce downtime. Ideal candidates are sophomores to seniors pursuing a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Manufacturing engineering, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced high-stress environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral/written).
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to write reports and analyze raw data.

• Define manufacturing process issues, collect data, analyze facts, implement solutions, and review as needed.
• Documentation of new processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Technology to address process-related activities.
• Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime.

Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for a Manufacturing Intern. Interns will have the opportunity to apply your classroom-learned skills to track data, analyze processes, and recommend solutions for improvement based on the gathered data from our facilities.

This position is expected to start in-person January 2027 and continue through the entire spring term. We ask for a minimum of 10 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.

Compensation

• The hourly pay rate is $25/hr
