Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor's degree with 40%–60% of credits completed.
• Lean mindset with exposure to regulated defense manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Standard Work, Visual Management).
• Support Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects (safety, quality, delivery, cost).
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data for KPI tracking (cycle time, yield, scrap).
• Document current-state and future-state process maps and value streams.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including prototype builds.
