Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Sr. Associate in Manufacturing - Engineering Support to join our Operations team in the United States.

The role focuses on supporting manufacturing/quality systems, technology transfer, process validation and CAPA, applying strong technical and analytical skills to drive improvements. As a document owner, you’ll help revise procedures, assess performance, and implement solutions for process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school/GED with 4+ years in Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging or Quality in pharma/biotech.
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years in Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging or Quality in pharma/biotech.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 months+ in Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging or Quality in pharma/biotech.
• Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing/quality systems including continuous improvement, tech transfer, NPIs, process validation, and CAPA.
• Apply process, operational, scientific expertise and analytical skills to support operations.
• Serve as primary production process owner for process support systems when needed.
