Job summary

Mercury Systems in Phoenix, AZ, invites recent graduates to join the Rotational Engineering Program (REP). This two-year program develops future technical and business leaders through hands-on data analytics, cross-functional exposure, and leadership development.

As a Manufacturing REP Engineer, you’ll work across engineering groups, build data pipelines, and develop SPC dashboards while gaining broad manufacturing insights. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in an Engineering related discipline obtained between May 2026 and June 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.1 required; transcripts may be requested during the review process.
  • Prior Co-Op or internship experience.
  • Strong Data analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience presenting technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Taking Data directly from the manufacturing tools to interpret uptime, downtime, and cycle time.
  • Improving statistical process control across Mercury manufacturing sites.
  • Interface with process engineers to build data pipelines and establish SPC dashboards to ensure our process is predictable and identify process drift before catastrophic failures.

Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Rotational Engineering Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting–edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As an enhanced Manufacturing REP Engineer, you'lljoin a collaborative team focused on manufacturing data analytics. This role offers insight into multiple engineering disciplines within the company.

Fulltime Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position

$56,700.00 - $113,400.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees

$63,500.00 - $127,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA

$66,900.00 - $133,800.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ
