Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer – Machine Production to support the scaling and development of robotic manufacturing systems. In this role, you will optimize production processes and transition engineering designs into scalable systems, focusing on both assembly efficiencies and manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, proficient in CAD tools, and familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and stock options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Manufacturing or Operations Engineering experience in production environments.
• Proven experience in low-to-mid-volume production environments.
• Strong experience managing BOM structures for efficient manufacturing workflows.
• Proficiency in designing production fixtures and tooling using CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Support scaling and development of RoboCraftsman forming cells.
• Manage BOMs by converting EBOMs into MBOMs.
• Design and develop tooling to support assembly operations.
• Develop detailed work instructions and process documentation.
