QinetiQ US is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to sustain and improve manufacturing processes, design work cell layouts, review equipment, and troubleshoot issues affecting production and delivery targets.

You will work on Survivability product lines including Maritime Systems, Unmanned Robots, and Vehicle Protection, applying CAD tools, ballistic analysis, and fixture design to support continuous improvement and readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with practical manufacturing experience.
• Experience solving real production problems on the floor.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong writing and communication for operator instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Supports daily manufacturing floor operations and responds to production needs.
• Modifies and creates cutter/laser cut files, repairs equipment, and operates lasers.
• Performs ballistic analysis and material behavior understanding under loads.
• Fabricates ballistic test panels and manages production fixtures for repeatable assembly.
