Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to manage technical aspects of production lines, drive reliability, safety, quality, and productivity improvements across the plant. You will influence key KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3+ years in a high-volume manufacturing setting, with proficiency in SAP and MS Office; prior paper/carton experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or reliability engineering, maintenance, or operations.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Paper or Folding Carton Industry experience desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to production, maintenance, reliability and quality teams to solve equipment/process problems.
• Improve manufacturing processes by addressing root causes of failures.
• Manage all phases of projects: justification, scope, vendor selection, installation, documentation.
• Develop reliability studies and programs to meet reliability objectives.
• Follow SQF procedures and participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
