Job summary

DC Fabricators is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support Florence, NJ operations on-site. The role centers on creating clear work instructions, tooling plans, and process improvements to maintain efficient production.

You will read drawings, develop manufacturing plans, interface with engineering and quality teams, and mentor junior engineers as needed. A BS in Engineering and CAD/CAM proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Exposure to heavy manufacturing environment desirable.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing plans and identify required resources.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Create and revise work instruction packages.
• Interface with engineering, quality, and welding departments.
• Provide technical support and lead improvement projects.
