Job summary

CSP Innovations Louisiana, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer at its Louisiana facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• 1+ year of program management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with APQP methodology.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive supplier.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing personnel activities to support prototype manufacturing and engineering changes.
• Develop processes and technologies to produce high-quality, cost-efficient products.
• Provide project leadership for manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
• Quote costs and timelines for ECNs and new projects; track project financials.
• Oversee design and development of process tooling, fixtures, and line layout.
