Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and fabrication methods (Injection Molding; high-throughput automated assembly).
• Blueprint interpretation, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and programming knowledge preferred.
• Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and listening skills.
• Experience in Project Management and ability to analyze and troubleshoot production processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute and approve investigations to solve problems.
• Conducts production investigations and determines root cause and corrective/preventative actions.
• Optimize manufacturing workflows and resources.
• Create and maintain required documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities to prevent waste and production inefficiencies.
• Support installation and startup of new production systems.
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions for the department.
• Plan and execute DOEs and Engineering studies.
• Investigate and approve reports for production quality deviation and customer claims.
