Job summary

FUTEK is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain efficient manufacturing processes ensuring high-quality production. You will support time studies, process optimization, and preventive maintenance, while collaborating on tooling improvements and training operators for consistency.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering background, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and hands-on metrology skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, including internships or co-op experience.
• Experience with metrology tools (calipers, micrometers) and basic lab equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain efficient manufacturing processes for high-quality production.
• Support time studies, process optimization, and preventive maintenance planning.
• Collaborate on product and tooling improvements and train leads and operators.
