We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, ensure smooth product transfers, and work with cross-functional teams to boost quality and efficiency on the production floor. Based in New Ulm, MN, this on-site role focuses on solving complex problems, optimizing workflows, and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physical science from an accredited university.
• Knowledge of statistical and scientific tools such as Gage R&R, DOE and SPC.
• Ability to identify technical problems and apply structured problem solving.
• Ability to create technical presentations and recommendations for customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop capable processes and ensure efficient transfer of product to production.
• Support defined technical tasks within a manufacturing environment.
• Write clear work instructions for manufacturing operators.
• Disposition non-conforming rejects and prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to technical reports, validations, and qualifications.
• Develop and oversee validation protocols and reports for new processes.
• Provide data for technical reviews and support project milestones.
• Understand key production processes and assist in fixture/tooling design.
• Create measurement methods and inspection criteria.
