Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to provide daily engineering support to Manufacturing Operations and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving and collaboration with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, and R&D at the Hauppauge, NY site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical discipline and 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Proven ownership of production processes and drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to analyze complex manufacturing challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in manufacturing processes and act as technical SME to support Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Customer needs.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement CAPAs to resolve manufacturing, equipment, and quality challenges.
• Analyze process performance and design, develop, validate, and implement process improvements to hit site goals.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D on change management and qualification activities.
• Provide hands-on leadership during troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
