Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Hauppauge, NY to support Operations, Maintenance, and Quality with process improvements and data-driven decisions.

You will lead root cause investigations, identify systemic issues, implement CAPAs, and collaborate with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D to drive changes and validations for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making; experience in CAPA and RCA.

Responsabilidades

• Develop expertise in manufacturing processes and support Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Customer needs.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement effective CAPAs to resolve issues.
• Design, validate, and implement process improvements to meet site goals for safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
