Lockheed Martin Corporation in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to apply manufacturing engineering methods to meet program goals. You will help develop processes for mechanical parts, craft accurate work instructions, and work with shop floor teams to improve quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with NC programming, Tool Design, Engineering, and shop floor personnel to continuously optimize production, investigate root causes of defects, and support timely delivery

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing role.
• Experience troubleshooting complex problems and improving processes.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Developing work instructions that are accurate and yield high-quality products
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the process
• Investigating and identifying root cause for all defects related to the product
• Supporting the program needs for delivery of assembled mechanical parts
• Coordinating producibility issues between Technical Operations and Production Operations
