The candidate will develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, testing methods, and collaborating with equipment vendors, while training technicians and supporting product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or related field.
• 1+ year of manufacturing engineering experience in a similar environment.
• Experience reviewing specs, process flows and production methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage manufacturing processes from design to production.
• Support and lead product launch activities.
• Define efficient manufacturing methods to maximize productivity and quality.
• Develop quality control procedures to resolve issues and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and management to set standards and confirm capabilities.
• Calculate production costs and estimate material, labor, and scheduling needs.
