Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to review designs in CAD and manage MBOM/MBOM structures.
• Experience with Teamcenter and MRP planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and control production processes; including sequence of operations, workflow and detailed methodology of complex assemblies and installations.
• Development of detailed work instructions and procedures for existing manufacturing processes.
• Provided recommendations for tooling and equipment required to manufacture products.
• Development of MBOMs and detailed work instructions; general understanding of MRP planning related to MBOM structure and development.
• Analyzes and interprets design specifications, drawings, documentation, models, and/or test results as they apply to manufacturing.
• Understanding of design release activities and engineering changes and their effect on the MBOM.
• Liaison between engineering and manufacturing facility.
• Documents procedures, process qualifications, etc.
• Collaborates across the organization and with production, quality, senior leaders on major projects.
