Epiroc in Delhi, Iowa is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for designing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and support production.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, has hands-on lean/Six Sigma experience, and is proficient with CAD and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in process or production engineering.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficient in CAD software and ERP systems.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and layouts.
• Identify and implement improvements in productivity, quality, and safety.
• Support production teams in troubleshooting process or equipment issues.
• Lead or support projects involving new equipment, tooling, and process changes.
• Develop standard work, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
