Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related degree plus 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Associate Degree/Apprenticeship with 5–8 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated problem solving and ability to apply Lean tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering work to design and develop tools, machines, and processes for new and existing products.
• Develop capital plans and manage project progress, schedules, and costs with cross-functional teams.
• Establish engineering standards and maintain process documentation and manufacturing drawings.
