Job summary

BLUvera is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I or II to lead process improvements and develop efficient manufacturing processes in its construction products division. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, design experience, and continuous improvement across plant operations at multiple sites.

Reporting to senior engineering leadership, you will partner with safety, quality, and environmental teams to meet safety, quality, customer service, and cost targets while advancing production methods

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years in assembly/manufacturing process engineering/maintenance with continuous improvement.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and product design.
• Knowledge of construction scopes (framing, electrical, finishes).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement of plant operations with cross-functional teams.
• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes; document changes.
• Implement process control techniques and procedures.
• Analyze process flow for safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
• Collaborate on tooling and design for production methods.
• Design and develop processes for enhancements and new products with low cost.
• Provide hands-on maintenance and engineering support.
• Identify and complete preventative maintenance tasks.
• Develop technical training for team members.
• Create and maintain tool drawings and design concepts.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Apply lean methodologies to achieve plant goals.
• Build relationships across levels.
