Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering is required.
• 3 years of experience in engineering or technical roles.
• Analytical thinker with ability to develop instructions using graphics and text.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain work instructions for machining and assembly processes.
• Create, manage, and verify engineering change requests.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure quality documentation.
• Coordinate meetings between engineering, operations, and service.
• Troubleshoot production issues to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and participate in safety initiatives.
