Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Study time, motion, methods, and speed to establish standard production rates and improve efficiency.
• Interpret engineering drawings or schematics and coordinate with management to set quality standards.
• Review logs and sheets to ensure records meet QA specifications.
• Plan work assignments based on productivity, capacity, schedules, and delays.
• Create charts and diagrams illustrating workflow, layouts, and material handling.
• Observe equipment usage to ensure operations meet QA standards.
• Measure time and fatigue rates using timing devices for processes.
• Analyze data and write reports on deviations from standards.
