Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and process optimization preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma or CI experience/certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance for assigned processes.
• Develop SMEs for annealing, UV coating, pressing, and padding operations.
• Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, process, and equipment issues.
• Use root cause analysis and data-driven decisions for permanent corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, R&D, and suppliers.
