Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Lean manufacturing, DFM, and IQ/OQ/PQ experience.
• PCB/PCBA manufacturing and quality inspection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for cost-effective production.
• Lead NPI transitions from design to manufacturing with DFm focus.
• Estimate costs, labor, tooling; manage ECO/MCO.
• Maintain BOMs, process instructions, and change orders.
• Provide training to production teams and support cross-functional initiatives.
