Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in high-precision settings.
• Experience with NPI/production launches and process control.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and dimensional specs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing support for new product introduction and development.
• Develop and improve processes for complex, high-precision components.
• Translate engineering requirements into production methods and process controls.
• Support transition of new components from design to full production.
• Evaluate tooling, equipment, capacity, and resource needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause and corrective actions.
• Support first-article inspections, process validation, and product qualification.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams on issues.
• Take ownership of manufacturing projects from planning to implementation.
