Qualifications

• 2–4 years of manufacturing engineering experience required.

• Knowledge of metal forming and sheet metal fabrication methods is important.
• Ability to translate customer designs into efficient, repeatable manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for custom metal fabrication.
• Review engineering drawings and specifications and support the transition of new work into production.
• Troubleshoot process issues with production personnel to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery.
• Support process documentation, tooling and fixture development, and production improvements.
• Apply knowledge of CNC fabrication equipment, sheet metal manufacturing, and production problem-solving.
