You will develop processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and quality.

Responsibilities include line support, equipment troubleshooting, process documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive improvements under QMS/EMS and FDA regulations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Process or manufacturing engineer.
• Experience supporting medical extrusion manufacturing processes.
• Develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support extrusion manufacturing lines and extruder equipment.
• Perform production equipment evaluation and process validation.
• Interface with customers and vendors for incoming components.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment using SPC tools.
• Generate and modify manufacturing process documentation.
• Work with cross functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Support QMS/EMS and regulatory requirements (FDA and others).
• Maintain positive communications with stakeholders.
