We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to help drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in MechanicalEngineering from an ABET‑accredited program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfort working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Willingness to be a hands‑on, shop‑floor‑oriented engineer
• Proficiency with standard software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and measuring instruments
• Flexibility to work occasional extended hours, weekends, or travel as needed
• Valid driver's license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate education, professional certifications, or Professional Engineering (PE) license
• Leadership or project management experience in a manufacturing setting
