  • Coordinate and collaborate on projects with the Additive Manufacturing Labs.
  • Create work instructions utilizing Teamcenter and MES 2.0.
  • Implement new capital equipment from specification and ordering through delivery, installation, and transition to production.

  • Work from data such as solid models, part, and tool drawings, including part models with PMI.
  • Support Manufacturing Process councils including technology development.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of cutting tool applications and design for complex part designs and high-temperature materials.
  • Mentor, coach, and train process Manufacturing Engineers.
  • Supervise Manufacturing Engineers, including full-time, rotational, and interns.
  • Support Module Centers as needed.
  • Co-develop strategy for AMPL and long-range planning.
  • Act as the focal point for EH&S in the lab.
  • Drive technical and turnkey solutions with suppliers and vendors.
  • Support NPI and development parts for various Module centers.
  • Expand laboratory services and manage SharePoint.
  • Support financial forecasts and capital purchases.

Qualifications You Must Have:
