FTI in Opelika, Alabama, is searching for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee key engineering duties within the team. This role includes leading engineering projects, managing a team of ten to fifteen staff, and ensuring compliance with project standards and budgets.

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring that key engineering duties are fulfilled in the area they support. They answer technical questions, propose project budgets, provide guidance and leadership to their team, constantly build talent and capabilities within the team in support of customer needs, and collaborate with various other departments. This position typically has direct supervision of between ten to fifteen engineering support staff, provides day‑to‑day work direction and conducts formal performance evaluations.
